What is the maximum occupancy?
The maximum occupancy for our rental is 8 guests, sleeping 6 comfortably.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have free onsite parking available for guests.

What are the sleeping arrangments?

What's in the Winding Way Chalet Treehouse?
The treehouse, with a twin daybed and PlayStation, provides a magical spot for the little ones and adults alike. There is also a separate patio lounge area.
What do guests have access to?
Entire chalet with hot-tub, sauna, and indoor gym, treehouse, fire pit, pay-as-you-go EV charger, and Indian Mountain Lake community amenities (swimming pool across the street, lakes for kayaking/fishing, tennis and basketball courts).
What areas are excluded?
Garage, Smoker, and Indoor Fireplace are off-limits.
What's in the media theater room?
The theater has a 6ft leather couch, 3 single seats, a 75-inch TV, 2 arcade games (Pac-Man, Street Fighter), a wet bar with sink, and a vintage popcorn machine.
Are the gym and sauna private?
Our onsite sauna room (located in the basement) features a 3-person carbon fiber infrared system with over 9 heaters for a great therapy experience. Also, our 3 yoga mats, free weights, and an exercise ball provide secluded fitness and peace while away from home.
When is check-in/check-out?
- Check-In: 4 pm
- Check-Out: 11 am
- Random Access Code (RAC) generated for secure Smart Lock then expire after rental window
Can guests book for the same day?
Unfortunately no.
The Winding Way Chalet is located in a gated community and the Home Owner’s Association (HOA) requires guest registration 48 hours before check-in.
How do guests access the onsite Indian Mountain Lake(IML) community amenities?
Enjoy up to 7 passes to IML’s amenities – for accessing community pools, tennis and basketball courts, lakes (kayaking & fishing), beaches, hiking trails.
The Winding Way Pool, Basketball and Tennis Courts are located right across the street from the chalet.
The other community pools, lakes, beaches, kids playground, courts and hiking trails are within a 5 minute drive.
Are there any safety devices?

What are the house rules?
➤Must be 24 years old or older to book
➤NO PARTIES
➤NO FIREWORKS and NO GUNS of any sort used on the GROUNDS
➤Jacuzzi – Showers are required first
➤ No glass in/around the jacuzzi as broken glass becomes very dangerous
➤Sauna – Shorts/swim or workout attire/towel must be worn
➤Do not use while under the influence of stimulants
➤Sinks – No food, coffee, or any solidifying liquids
➤Toilets – Toilet paper only
➤Trash – Place in BAGS and take to the TRASH BINS on the curb (at the entrance)
➤Garbage discarded without bags is NOT removed by IML Sanitation; Therefore, violations will be subjected to a $100 HOA fine per occurrence
➤Parking – Only on the driveway (not under the Treehouse or on grass)
➤No pets permitted without prior approval
➤All guests must be registered with IML Security
➤Violations for smoking in the house and treehouse is $400
➤Damages must reported immediately
➤Enjoy up to 7 free passes to IML’s amenities, Replacement fee is $50 per lost pass
